Staging your home prior to placing it on the market helps ensure that the first impression for a buyer is enough to bring them back with a quick offer to purchase. Upstage offers a full range of staging services designed to meet your needs. We will prepare your home for sale from beginning to end, tailoring a staging package that suits your unique needs. All packages include space planning, de-personalizing and de-cluttering the space of unnecessary items, colorization and re- accessorizing interior and exterior spaces. We believe a home should be staged from curb to curb.

We offer two staging options:

Package1: Perfect for the do-it-yourselfer, includes consultation and a written report that specifically outlines what you need to do to stage your home to sell. (flat fee)

Package 2: For those who prefer a full- service option, we will oversee your entire project based on a customized staging plan to maximize the revenue potential of your investment… Pricing is primarily based upon square footage of residence.
